The Hellenic Medical Society of New York was founded in 1936. Incorporated as a 501(c)3 charitable, educational and research organization, it is a leader nationally among ethnic medical societies. 
The Hellenic Medical Society fosters scientific and cultural interaction and dialogue between medical professionals, disciplines and applied fields internationally through medical education programs and scientific conferences. It promotes affiliations between medical institutions in underdeveloped areas by organizing conferences, supporting medical libraries and providing medical equipment.  The Hellenic Medical Society provides information, counseling and medical services to its community, placement services to its members, and awards medical scholarships and biomedical research grants.  A dynamic development in the history of the American Hellenic community, the Hellenic Medical Society renders a unique service to physicians and health care professionals and enriches the quality of life of the individual and the community it serves.  Our By-Laws Executive  Board Members
